Employees are Trained and Certified
We’re training a new employee Adrian, and he just installed two new Martin garage doors and openers by himself! He has already passed his training on changing springs, replacing Liftmaster gear kits, and doing general maintenance on residential garage doors and operators. So his trainers Roberto and Cisco decided to see if he was ready to install a new door job solo and he did it! At Martin Garage Doors of Nevada, all of our technicians are trained and certified. Give Adrian a couple of years on the job and he’ll be ready for his first certification. Our certifications are not in-house – they’re done by the industry training and certification organization, Institute for Door Education and Accreditation. Our business is also accredited by the same organization. Certification requires years of certified experience, a great deal of study of manuals and other materials, passing of a lengthy half-day test, and yearly certified and documented continuing education.
