My very heavy custom garage door malfunctioned on St. Paddy's Day, but the luck of the Irish had me call Martin Garage Door for the repair. While there was a special charge for emergency work that I requested, I agreed to the charge and Cisco showed up at my home twenty minutes after I called. My twenty-year old springs had finally called it quits, but Cisco had me up and running within an hour. I glued his company sticker to my garage door to make certain I use Martin again in the future when I require a repair or replacement of a garage door.

Cisco did a great job getting the garage door open and gave great options to fix the problem, I was very happy with the service. The cost was a little high, I think the service charge should only be charged if get a diagnosis but don't get it fixed by Martin garage doors. If i go with the repair options the service charge should included.

Robbie was terrific. He called as stated 30 min prior to arriving and showed up earlier in the window of time than waiting last. He assessed the issue and let me know right away what the problem was and what my options were to correct the issue. He was quick at installing a new opener and kept area clean while he did his job. Overall impressed with the job and communication. Would recommend.
