Martin garage door company is exceptional. They sent Cisco and he was wonderful! Knowledgeable fast service. Explained everything to us. Let us try the garage door by watching us open and close it to make sure we were totally satisfied. Love this company. They are honest. From the moment you make the phone call and talk to their scheduling secretary it is a pleasure. Then Cisco shows up all smiles. Best Customer Service we’ve had from a company in a long time.

Robbie was wonderful!!! Great service!!

I called because my smaller garage door which operates via a chain was not working well. The chain was making a lot of noise. Robbie fixed that and realizing that Martin had installed my other garage door as well. He asked about that and he ran it up and down and discovered That door needed some rebalancing as well. I am hoping now that the door is right or should I say that both doors are right. Robbie went above and beyond to do all he could to help.

Robbie did an excellent job on my garage door . He lined up the door, it wasn’t lined after many years of use. He also found a hinge that was cracked and replaced it, replaced the rubber seal on the bottom of door and finally sprayed silicone on all the rollers, plus the rails. I would recommend Martin Garage Door to anyone interested in a new door or you need repair work done on your existing door. So don’t hesitant to call them for all your repairs. I would definitely call them again if I needed them. Great job and very good employees.

Martin Garage Doors has been taking care of my garage door needs for over 24 years. They have always been courteous, efficient and fare in pricing. This time I had them come out to take care of my parents' home. Jose was on time, expedient and efficient in his work, and I appreciated his follow up in coming back out to complete the job when there was a delay in one of the garage door opener/motors' being delivered. The installer was very nice and efficient but unfortunately the new garage door wheels shifted out of place. Their ad says open 24 hrs. I called 9pm no answer till 5am. The lady said I have to pay $200 for emergency call even though it’s new door. Not happy at all.

Robbie, the installer was wonderful. We had old garage door openers that finally said “farewell”. I called Martin Garage and spoke to Lisa. She took the time to answer all my questions over the phone and suggested a tech come and see what could be done to salvage my door opener. Robbie arrived the morning and gave us an estimate on replacement. Service was fast and efficient. I have already recommended him to a friend.
