From the first phone call to Martin Garage Door, I knew I would use them to replace my door. I had called 2 other places, one didn't return my call, the other one was wishy washy about even making an appointment to come give me an estimate. Ken was the technician who came out the very next day, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about my options to repair or replace the door. He thoroughly explained Martin's commitment to satisfy the customer and the quality of their product, which has a Lifetime Warranty. He offered samples of the colors and a brochure to share with my HOA, should they require it. The next day I decided to purchase a new door from them and within 4 weeks the door was ready to schedule the install. Ken arrived on time and with the help of another technician they completed the job efficiently and neatly disposing of all boxes, packing materials, etc. My Martin Garage Door is beautiful and will add value to my house! I've already had a couple of neighbors stop by and comment about how great it looks!

Ken came in and replaced all the rollers on my garage door as it had been making horrible noise when opening the door. It no longer makes the noise and he was very quick about it. Would recommend Martin Garage Doors for service.

Ken did a fantastic job repairing our garage door and he seems like a great person. Showed up fast (under an hour) and did the work quickly. It was obvious that he is very skilled in this business.

I heard their add on the radio. Our local contractor was having trouble reaching his garage guy and we were considering DIY. I called immediately after hearing the radio add. It 7:15 in the morning. Ken was at my house by 9. Excellent work and stand by their job!!
